All forms can be found on-line here and at the registrations: February 1 (Wednesday) at Miniers 6-8pm February 4 (Saturday) at Big Flats Elementary 9am - 3pm February 8 (Wednesday) at Miniers 6-8pm February 11 (Saturday) at Big Flats Elementary 9am - 3pm Pickup the assessment (tryouts) sheet while you're there.
