Base stealing is permitted and there is no limit on number of batters that can be walked in an inning. All players are assessed pre-season and a draft used to ensure that teams are as evenly matched as practical. AAA is player-pitch on a 60 foot diamond (46 foot pitching distance). The AAA Division is for players who are league age 9 and 10.</p>
